If you share your "make me move" price with us, our team will enter it into our private Compass database, where it will remain visible only to us. For now, we’ll simply keep that information on hand in case we find a buyer interested in a property like yours. But here's the exciting part! Our tech team at Compass is about to launch a new feature that will allow Compass agents to search for properties with "make me move" prices across the entire Compass network. Your address, name, and contact details will remain completely private—only the agent who entered your "make me move" price will have access to that information.
NO. If a buyer agent sees a match for a certain neighborhood, number of beds/baths, type of property and price, they would see a reference number for the house and can contact us regarding their interest. Everything is very discreet and private. We would then approach you to see if you had interest in showing your home, or not. No pressure!

Imagine a Compass agent has a buyer interested in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Miami. Currently, they can access:
All 3-bedroom townhouses listed on the public market.
All 3-bedroom townhouses listed as Compass Private Exclusives (off-market).
But soon, they'll also be able to see:
All contacts within their own network (friends and clients) who own a 3-bedroom townhouse in Miami.
The names of other Compass agents who have clients with 3-bedroom townhouses in Miami in their CRM, including those with "Make Me Move" prices. For confidentiality, the client’s name and address won't be disclosed. Instead, a client reference number will be provided, allowing the agent to inquire if the client is open to selling.
