The Residences at 1487 Brickell are a 70-story, first-ever solar-powered high-rise building, By Ytech, a Miami-based development firm, designed by Arquitectonica and interiors by ACPV ARCHITECS. The tower comprises 189 fully-furnished residences, going from two to four plus den, ranging from 1,800 to 4000 square feet, and penthouses residences from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet.
The building is focused on creating an informal luxury feel, including a library with wine and food options for residents and their guests. Additional services include valet, bellhop, and door attendant services. The residences include high-quality contemporary finishes and exclusive furniture pieces. Standard residences will include 11-foot ceilings and Arclinea kitchens, and the Penthouses homes will consist of Vaselli kitchens and 12 to 13-foot ceilings. Some of the highlights of the residences include sunrise and sunset terraces with summer kitchens and private elevators.
