The EDITION Residences, the brand's first collection of fully serviced Luxury Condominium Residences has been announced to rise in Miami's Edgewater. Located in the epicenter of Miami and minutes away from Michelin star restaurants, luxury retailers, world-class arts and entertainment venues, the EDITION is staying true to its signature luxury brand.

Architecture & Design

Designed by the founder of Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Munge, EDITION will offer more than 800 linear feet of bay frontage showcased in a sleek glass tower with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months. 

Residences

The residences will feature 185 bespoke homes with impeccably finished residences will range from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom floorplans measuring between 1,952 and 3,864 sq ft in size, priced from $1.7 million. The tower will also feature three expansive tri-level penthouses with private rooftop pools and gardens. True to the EDITION brand, every residence will showcase a private foyer and elevator entry, superior finishes, and 10 to 14-foot high ceilings. 

Amenities

Deeply rooted in hospitality, the luxurious development will introduce 45,000 sq ft of amenity spaces managed and operated by EDITION. Two resort-style pools with private cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness facility with private training studios, and a rich spa program. 

Residents can live, work and play in the club's lounge, library, private screening room, dog park, and children's play area with a kids club.
