A collection of 16 oceanfront residences in Surfside designed by the legendary Italian architecture and design partnership of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel.

Each floor features two residences,  The penthouses are full floor.  The lower Penthouse is located on the 9th floor and the upper Penthouse occupying floors 10 and 11 with a roof top terrace and private pool on the 12th floor. Private elevator entry to all residences.  The interiors at ARTE include 11" wide plank European flooring in white oak that accentuate the impressive layouts and offset the bronze detailing and architectural travertine seen throughout.
